Disclaimer: They say Chris Carter wrote The Truth. I find that hard to believe because I liked it. But I do acknowledge that he own the rights to these characters, so I won't infringe on that.
Additional author's notes: There have been a dozen or so stories written about how they go on without William, or how they meet up with him after years and he doesn't know them.
